Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mpo305 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any service offered by mpo305, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" refers to the mpo305 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at mpo305.cam.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
- "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has successfully registered an Account and uses the Platform's services.
- "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

2 Eligibility
Use of the mpo305 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

- You are acting as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.

- You have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the Platform under any prior Account.
Age Verification: mpo305 applies strict age verification during the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any winnings accumulated on an underage Account will be forfeited, and the deposited principal will be returned to the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
3 Account Registration
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on mpo305. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all Accounts being suspended pending investigation.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You must keep this information current throughout your use of the Platform.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You must notify mpo305 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.3 One Account Per Household
Only one Account is permitted per household address, device, IP address, shared computer, and shared payment method. Accounts sharing these identifiers may be flagged for review, and bonuses may be withheld pending verification.
4 KYC & Identity Verification
mpo305 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal privileges are granted.
4.1 Required Documents
- Government-issued photo ID: A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport.
- Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and current residential address.
- Selfie verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your KTP or passport next to your face, confirming you are the document holder.
4.2 Processing Time
KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of document submission during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours. Complex cases or documents requiring additional review may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. mpo305 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Players may deposit and play while KYC verification is pending. However, all withdrawals are held until the Account is fully verified. This measure protects both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.
5 Deposits
mpo305 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet payments (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account tier and the payment method selected.
5.2 Processing Time
Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mpo305 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider, including scheduled maintenance windows or inter-bank transfer delays.
5.3 Deposit Ownership
You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source, and the Account may be suspended for investigation. mpo305 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
6 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where the Player requests otherwise and provides satisfactory documentation.
6.1 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by Acco unt tier and payment method. Players on the standard tier may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day. VIP Players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as specified in their VIP agreement.
6.2 Processing Time
Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays may be processed on the following business day. E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are generally faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be approved, the Player must have wagered (turned over) their deposited balance at least one (1) time in real-money games. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering through the Platform. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in Section 7.
mpo305 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the processing time extended accordingly.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
mpo305 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion's description.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of ten times (10x) the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
7.2 Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games (including slot gacor — high-payout slot titles) contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports betting wagers with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%. mpo305 reserves the right to adjust game contribution rates and will publish updates on the promotions page.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account without notice after this period.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
mpo305 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and hedging bets across multiple Accounts. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
8 Game Rules & Betting
Each game available on mpo305 is governed by the rules of the respective software provider. In the event of a conflict between a provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the provider's rules specifically govern game outcomes.
8.1 Sports Betting
Sports betting on mpo305 covers BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, badminton (including the All England, Thomas Cup, and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Bandar bola (regulated football betting) markets include match result, Asian handicap (voor bola — the Asian handicap spread system), over/under, and correct score. Settled odds are final and cannot be contested after a match result is confirmed.
8.2 Mix Parlay Bets
Mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple matches) requires a minimum of three (3) selections. If one leg is void due to a postponed or cancelled match, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs. mpo305's mix parlay minimum odds per selection and maximum payout caps are specified in the sportsbook betting rules available on the Platform.
8.3 Malfunction & Technical Errors
In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity error, or technical fault during gameplay, mpo305 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. No claim for winnings based on a malfunctioning game round will be honored.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpo305 platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-Account policy.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or bugs for financial gain. Players who discover such issues must report them to support immediately.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Charge-backs or disputed transactions via your bank or payment provider without first contacting mpo305 support to resolve the matter.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing mpo305 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
10 Intellectual Property
All content on the mpo305 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of mpo305 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express written permission of mpo305. Unauthorized use of the mpo305 brand name or logo in any context is strictly prohibited.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpo305 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to a Player's own negligence, including failure to secure Account credentials.
- Interruptions in service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
- Losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules, odds formats, or bonus terms.
- Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
- Any action taken by a Player in reliance on inaccurate information provided by a third party.
Important: mpo305 is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves risk, and Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. mpo305 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any Player.
12 Responsible Gaming

14 Account Termination
14.1 Termination by Player
You may close your Account at any time by contacting mpo305 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your last verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being met.
14.2 Termination by mpo305
mpo305 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, if a Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if mpo305 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, the Account Balance may be frozen pending investigation and withheld indefinitely.
15 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which mpo305 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits mpo305's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce its rights against fraudulent conduct.
16 Amendments to These Terms
mpo305 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
